Welcome to our new brand of Cider. This Limited 2010 Edition of our very special Mider Cider™.
It is made from reconstituted Mayonnaise and “Pink Lady” Apple extract and ginger and is hydrogenated and distilled to meet European guide lines.
We leave it sit in maple wood kegs for 4 years to get its unique falvour.
Its great taste comes from the mayonnaise and the apple coming together in your mouth and bursting with flavour. The hint of ginger and maple really gives it excellent undertones.
Now only in Ireland on a trial basis. First we tried a select few bar in Cork and now it is available in bars and clubs across Galway and soon will be available in Dublin.
